Marilyn Gregorin - President
Marilyn Gregorin moved from Lindenhurst, Illinois in 2007 to Chandler, Arizona. She worked for Marshall Field’s in Chicago before it was bought out by Macy’s. She retired in April, 2023, after 35 years as the Fashion Stylist & Executive of Corporate Sales for Macy’s Biltmore in Phoenix. Marilyn has been a member of CRW since 2020 holding the position of third VP and Social Director/ Coordinator for CRW’s patriotic merchandise table at events. She joined CRW after working at the Trump 2020 Campaign office in Chandler as a volunteer because she met so many inspiring women who shared the same passion for our state of Arizona in promoting Republican values. She previously was an elected official as the Village Clerk for eight years in Lindenhurst, Illinois thus becoming the Pageant Director for the Miss Lindenhurst Pageant (10 years). Marilyn was also an airline stewardess for 15 years with Eastern airlines based out of Chicago from 1972- 1987. She is married and the mother of two children , Eric and Aimee. She enjoys working out at the gym, golfing, traveling, and anything “fashion” related.
Kristin Gentile White - 1st VP, Program
Kristin Gentile White has been a successful practicing Attorney in Arizona since 1996, currently leading The Law Office of Kristin Gentile White, PC. In her practice she assists business owners and families in planning their estates, protecting assets, and minimizing taxation. Kristin works closely with her clients to formulate succession plans, advise on business formation, maximize wealth preservation and minimize income, gift and estate taxation. Kristin provides legal advice to new and experienced business owners in entity structuring, ownership issues and day-to-day operational issues, while handling sophisticated business, real estate and financing transactions.
Prior to law school, Kristin received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University. Her degree provided the strong foundation to represent her clients at the local, state and federal level, as well as the not-for-profit sector. This type of educational background has provided Kristin with an understanding of how to approach many of the client situations encountered in her practice today.
Diane Kundrat-2nd VP, Membership
Diane has been a member of CRW since 2023. She graduated from ASU with a degree in English Literature. Her first job out of college was handling property/liability claims and she found out she liked it. After several years in private industry she went to work for the City of Tempe. Over the 23 years she was employed there she created the city’s self insured worker’s compensation program, managed the city’s self insured employee benefits program and eventually became Risk Manager where she oversaw worker’s compensation, property and liability claims, safety and industrial hygiene. Diane served as Chairman of the Tempe Employee’s Council, President of the Arizona Worker’s Compensation Association and President of Self Insured Employee Benefits Association.
After she retired she became a certified life coach specializing in retirement planning. She is a nature enthusiast who loves traveling. Before her husband passed away they rv’d all over the country, an activity she greatly misses. Diane enjoys reading, photography, art journaling and creating her own greeting cards.
Audrey Cowley - 3rd VP, Ways and Means
Audrey. her husband Rick and their daughter moved from California to Chandler, AZ, 29 years ago to become Burger King Franchisees. Audrey manages the finances for their small business and real estate holdings. Audrey is currently a member and Past President of East Valley Women's League which is a non-profit serving deserving women and children in the community. She joined CRW 2 years ago because she felt compelled to make a difference and surround herself with women who shared the same passion for our State and Nation. Audrey has a heart for not only the vitality of small businesses in Arizona but the opportunities they offer to those with the dream to run their own company. Audrey is a Real Estate agent, Mom and GiGi to her 2 grandsons she calls her grandsugars. She enjoys golf, watching her grandsons play sports, kayaking and afternoon sunsets.
Patricia Tillery - 4th VP, Social Media
Pat is from Washington, DC, but has lived in Arizona for 40 years. Before becoming a full-time mom, Pat was Manager of Consumer Affairs for Arizona Public Service Company and is Accredited in Public Relations (APR) with the Public Relations Society of America. She became passionate about national politics after 9-11 and has worked on numerous national campaigns beginning with Pres. Bush. She became active with CRW with the campaign for Pres. Trump. In 2025 she served on a National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) convention committee. Pat has bachelor’s degrees in business and education from Wake Forest University and ASU and a master’s from ASU where her husband was a professor and author. She was widowed in 2016 and they have one daughter, Elizabeth, a graduate of ASU and also a member of the club. Pat is a bicyclist and takes annual bike trips.
Diana Myers - Secretary
Diana Myers is an entrepreneurial leader with a career in advertising, marketing, and organizational strategy. She built and led two consulting firms and an advertising agency for more than two decades, helping organizations clarify vision, position for growth, and strengthen operations. Diana later applied her strategic experience to nonprofit work, serving as President of the National Charity League—South Orange County Chapter. In 1996, she founded Gifts of Grace Ministry, which equips Christians to understand their God-given uniqueness and serve with purpose and fulfillment. Diana and her husband relocated from California to Chandler three years ago. She joined Chandler Republican Women two years ago at the invitation of her sister-in-law and wanted to make a difference in her community with likeminded women.
Dee Almakadsi- Treasurer
Darla Gonzalez-Corresponding Secretary
Darla Gonzalez has been a dedicated advocate for political activism since 1988, starting her journey in Oregon before moving to Arizona in 2004. In 2010, she returned to college and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ottawa University, with the intent of working in the non-profit sector. In 2017, after witnessing the indoctrination of her children in public schools, Darla joined the Arizona freedom movement, igniting her passion for protecting the values enshrined our U.S. Constitution.
Since 2020, Darla has served as the Grassroots Director for the Arizona Free Enterprise Club, and in 2023, she expanded her impact by taking on the additional role of Executive Director for the AZ Liberty Network. Darla is driven by the belief that it is essential to empower every Arizonan to understand the significance of their voice and to ensure they are equipped with the truth. She is dedicated to preventing radical leftist ideologies from infiltrating Arizona, enabling both Arizonans and future generations to thrive and create a brighter future for all.
Darla and her husband also have a business that supports non-profit ministries addressing critical issues such as human trafficking, clean water, foster care, and homelessness. A devoted follower of Jesus, she cherishes authentic relationships and enjoys exploring Arizona and gaming with her husband and family.
Debra Schinke - Immediate Past President
Debra is currently serving as Region VI Director for Arizona Federation of Republican Women (AzFRW), having completed a two-year term as 1st VP for AzFRW. She is passionate about the issues that face our community and nation and ensuring women play a vital role in promoting our Republican values. She believes Chandler Republican Women is for women of all ages and backgrounds who want to participate in events that affect us all as citizens including supporting Republican candidates, education, scholarships and our troops. Debra is a Republican State Committeeman (LD 13), and is currently running for State Representative for LD13. She is a Republican Precinct Committeeman and Gardner Precinct. Debra is married and has one married son who serves in the U.S. military.
